Overall Satisfaction with Meltwater Media Intelligence Platform

I use this for marketing and business development purposes. I find it doesn't provide much assistance and often gets companies I want to monitor confused with others that are not in our industry. It even gets our company wrong with others that have Hogan in their name (which are quite a few). [In my opinion,] save your money and avoid this company/service. There are others out there that must do a better job. I'm planning to go back to doing research on my own. It takes more time, but it's more reliable.

  • None. [I believe it was a] waste of money [and that] it doesn't do what they say it will.
Crayon [Intel Pro] is slightly better, but not by much. If you are set on using a service like this, I'd choose it, but Crayon [Intel Pro] is more expensive. [In my opinion, it is] best to use an intern [where] you can target their efforts, not some hit-and-miss AI program.

I can't think of why you'd want to waste your money on this company. [In my opinion,] you could have an intern do it for you at less cost.
