Overall Satisfaction with Meta Business Suite

We really enjoy using the Meta Business Suite to manage our prooducts FB page and send out as well as receive notifications to/from clients. It is also a great tool to track traffic on our products page. We can boost information we want to get out to current clients and to encourage new followers to join us and possibly become new clients.

Pros

Cons

  • The default settings could use some tuning up, id rather set up my own defaults
  • Make it easier to remove administrators
  • Wish it could separate postings
  • It has increased followers on our FB account
  • It has contributed greatly to managing our contacts
It is so simple to use. I admit i was hesitant at first but after a few minutes of navigating through everything it was really super simple. It does eveerything I need plus so much more. It is a handy tool to have when running a social media market tool.

It is great for small or starting business. It gets the word out. Social media is the best way to advertise and I think the Meta Business Suite Platform is truly the only way to go to manage it all. Not only Facebook but all Meta platforms can be managed under 1 suite.
