Overall Satisfaction with Meta Business Suite

Unified management of my facebook and Instagram accounts. It allows us to manage campaign, schedule post from one single dashboard which results in consistency in our post scheduling. It's gives us templates to design content. Definately our lead collection has increased from desired audience.
Helped us expand our business in Kuwait, middle East, South East Asia.

Pros

  • Create, schedule posts, Stories
  • Unified inbox for msgs from facebook, instagram
  • Analytic that make us take wise decisions

Cons

  • Interface is a bit tricky to understand initially
  • Integration with CRM is complex, can be made simpler. Use struggled with TeleCRM
  • Sometimes data is not in sync with CRM
  • Helped us expand business outside India, we got 10 new business this quarter
  • Targeting can be further fine tuned, many time we got irrelevant leads
  • Saves many hours is content creation, scheduling, the AI feature helps us reach more audiences
UI is complex for beginners, keeps on changing too, navigate is difficult sometimes. It requires additional tools to manage LinkedIn, twitter accounts.
Customer support can be improved, some urgent issues can't wait for 24 hrs, bidding can made more transparent, some we spend too much and doesn't get desired results

Unified dashboard, centralised inbox, trust in Meta audience targeting is much better than other tools

Business owner With a small team can manage campaign easily, track schedule campaign with single dashboard is helpful, we love common inbox feature, see chata from all channels and reply. Two factors authentication can be simplified, every time we need to ask for OTP from the owner, not sure if they have option to mark device as trusted
