- Good Coverage of datacenter technologies monitoring
- Got decent plug in options to integrate with other monitoring tools for event Management
- Overall dashboards can be better
- Agent onboarding can be more automated than manual
- Wintel Technologies, Unix/Linux monitoring
- Event Management and AIOps
- URL Availability monitoring using Sitescope
- Monitoring, OOB plugins, Event Management and AIOps are good
- Dashboard and agent onboarding could be improved as one of our customer was not happy with the same
- Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
SCOM is excellent monitoring tool however it doesn't cover Event Management where as Micro Focus Operations Bridge Manager does both monitoring and Event Management
