Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business Premium

We use it organization wide for all Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, PPT, etc. It allows us to easily share documents, look at version history and it works with our Adobe Creative Suite for converting documents to PDF.

Pros

  • Keeps programs up to date.
  • Allows for sharing documents.
  • Web-based so we can access documents easily if needed.

Cons

  • Microsoft has issues sometimes with updates.
  • Some updates don't make sense, like making tasks harder instead of easier.
  • Collaboration.
  • Automatic Updates.
  • Price.
  • Allows us to create documents and spreadsheets.
  • Allows collaboration among users.

Almost everyone uses Microsoft products so the collaboration with the web-based documents is good. We do need to watch the version of Microsoft that others are using since if a document is saved in a later version it may not have all functionality for someone who has an earlier version. All of our users are fine, but some people outside of our organization still use old versions.
