Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Defender

In the company, we are an easy target for cyber attacks such as Spam, and phishing, among others. Microsoft 365 Defender helps a lot to mitigate these possible cyber attacks that could compromise some sensitive information of the company. We always seek to be at the forefront of security in order to avoid massively compromising situations since we are the largest marketplace in Latin America.

  • Do an analysis to improve the security system.

Cons

  • Comercial spam.
  • Reverse internal security.
  • 2nd, very security access.
  • Good investment.
  • Easy to configure.
  • Easy to understand how it works.
The tool continues to learn about security in terms of the emails that are received and or messages that reach the team. some of them are recognized as spam, and they are emails that should arrive without a problem since they do not represent any risk. However, there is something minimal about what should be locked in the tool.

Regarding scenarios where Microsoft 365 Defender is well placed, it is undoubtedly email, adding the blocking of blacklist emails, additionally, teams as a functional communication tool between work teams undoubtedly do a very good job.
