Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Defender

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is a nice feature and component of microsoft.
It is easy to use and implement. The periodic scanning always helps with the defense of the domain.

However (in my opinion) there are better products on the market.
In my opinion businesses who specialize is anti spyware and anti malware software will have a small advantage over this.

Overcoming the skill gap:

You will always have the need of those who expertise in cybersecurity.
Which nowadays is getting more and more important.

It has not changed much, but implemation of Microsoft defender has made our security better. Because of this our users and IT have created more safe environment. Which leads to more confidence in IT and safer workplace.

Make it more fool proof. If the IT department doesnt have a full understanding there will be some errors made.
Perhaps MS should make it even more easy to use. Therefore make it more accessible and easier to implement.
Automatically disables other antivirus programs when it is not very appropriate.
