Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Azure to shore up security and authentication for our Microsoft authenticated users, as well as to sync data between our on-premise servers and our cloud applications. Azure helps us to administer security in a centrally located single pane of glass within the confines of the Microsoft administrative portal.

Notifies users of any issues that may impact them and when they are resolved

Stop changing the names of established products just for the sake of marketing
Stop breaking products that work with updates that remove crucial functionality
Do better at internal testing before launching a product/update

Azure has provided more services for less money than we could get with competitors

Usability

The tools and interfaces can be confusing, and at times can change names, making tools and pages harder to find.
