Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Azure

I purchase and keep track of licenses for users. Create sharepoint sites, add and remove users etc. Microsoft Azure is easy to use once you start using it. The security aspect is also improved - making it easier to block sign-ins and more. MFA and policies have also improved, making it easier to manage end users and admins.

Pros

  • manage users
  • easy to edit policies

Cons

  • the users b/t exchange and cloud -
  • better Microsoft Graph management
  • improve the Bulk Changes feature - bulk add users AND the sharepoint sites they are a member of
  • Positive impact on the functionality within my job
  • positive overall
  • unsure about ROI
Microsoft Azure is easy to learn and there are many sites, including Microsoft's, that help you figure out the answers. Knowledge bases etc. I find that Microsoft community is ready to help and friendly. The more you learn the easier it gets.
Azure works well with the items selected above - ex. Barracuda for backups. Integration is simple and functions.

Do you think Microsoft Azure delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Microsoft Azure's feature set?

Yes

Did Microsoft Azure live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Microsoft Azure go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Microsoft Azure again?

Yes

This service helps your employees access external resources, such as Microsoft 365, the Microsoft Azure portal, and thousands of other SaaS applications. Azure Active Directory also helps them access internal resources like apps on your corporate intranet network, along with any cloud apps developed for your own organization. IT admins use Azure AD to control access to apps and app resources. E.g., you can use Azure AD to support multi-factor authentication when accessing important organizational resources. You could also use Azure AD to automate user provisioning between existing Windows AD and cloud apps, including Microsoft 365. SSO rocks.
