Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Azure Active Directory
[Microsoft] Azure Active Directory has been used by the whole organization, primary for authentication for SaaS applications and Azure resources. We have addressed a lot of business needs, some of them are laptop deployment, control and maintenance, also single sign on for SaaS applications.
- Integration with on-prem Active Directory. Smooth, secure and allow control to the administrator
- With [Microsoft] Azure Active Directory we have centralized the identity management
- Single Sign On for all the Saas Services, also for some on-prem applications
- Centralized all the consoles on one place, different admin portals is sometimes confused
- Application management for all our SaaS applications, some on-prem applications and access to one place for all of them
- Device management, we control how our resources are used also how our network is accessed
- Authentication has been a real benefit for our company, by enabling MFA, smart lockout and conditional access
- Improve Security

In our particular scenario, we chose [Microsoft] Azure Active Directory because it has integration with tools and applications we use on a day to day basis, such as inTune, Autopilot, Office 365, Exchange Online, Dynamics 365, just to named a few.
