Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Copilot
I use Microsoft Copilot daily to summarize emails, draft messages, and compose replies. Additionally, I rely on it to generate images and PowerPoint slides. It integrates seamlessly with my organization’s internal file management systems, making it easy to search for and retrieve files efficiently. I also use Microsoft Copilot to write reports. Recently, I've been exploring Copilot Studio to create agents and leverage Power Automate. During Teams video conferences, I’m impressed by how effectively Microsoft Copilot summarizes live discussions and generates relevant questions for me to ask. Overall, Microsoft Copilot significantly boosts my productivity.

- Copilot's ability to generate PowerPoint presentations from other documents has been a major time-saver.
- Copilot seems to outperform other AI platforms in finding sources for search queries.

Cons
- The quality of image generation in Microsoft Copilot could be improved. Compared to other AI platforms, Copilot's images often fall short in quality and frequently contain typos.
- When generating agents and chatbots, Microsoft Copilot currently doesn't appear to support file download functionality.
- The email reply function is useful, but the responses can sometimes be overly elaborate. It would be helpful to have more options for adjusting the tone.
- At work, it often feels like we’re being asked to do more with less. With Microsoft Copilot, I have a somewhat reliable assistant — though I still need to check its work for accuracy. Even so, it alleviates some of my work stress and helps boost my productivity.
- Copilot Studio helps me be more creative by allowing me to envision processes that enhance my efficiency and effectiveness. It opens up possibilities I hadn’t considered before.
- To achieve a good ROI with Copilot, I believe it needs to be used for more than just drafting emails or checking for typos. Leveraging advanced features like Power Automate can be a game changer for boosting organizational productivity.
I find that ChatGPT offers better image quality than Copilot, and creating custom GPTs in ChatGPT feels more intuitive than generating agents in Copilot Studio. However, Copilot provides more reliable sources for research compared to ChatGPT, which sometimes returns non-existent sources. Because Copilot integrates seamlessly with my Microsoft 365 apps, it ultimately proves more helpful for my work.
