Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Copilot

I use Microsoft Copilot for assistance in drafting emails and proposals as well as with my firm's advertising and creation of forms. I find it easy to use and very reliable. It can set the tone of the draft as well as include all pertinent information.

Pros

  • Keeps my ideas on point

Usability was instinctive and did not need to be taught. Very easy and user-friendly.
Microsoft Copilot is superior as it is more encompassing and does not time-out, etc.

I have used Microsoft Copilot to assist in the tone of an email with a client or prospective client; I can provide the basic summary information and Copilot will assist in the formulation which I can then customize to my needs. I normally run the finished draft back through Copilot for additional input.

1 - Owner of a virtual bookkeeping firm.
1 - None. The usability and ease of use makes it a perfect fit for my busy firm. I don't have time to learn cumbersome software nor deal with issues.
