Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

We use it as our ERP system. We use it for A/R and A/P. The product addresses our AR and AP as well as other accounting functions.

Pros

  • Reporting Financial statements
  • Reporting AR
  • reporting AP

Cons

  • In my experience, bank reconciliations are difficult
  • In my experience, correcting mistakes
  • I think making any changes at all is very difficult
  • In my opinion, not user friendly at all
  • Constant fees for support from third party
  • Constant changes that need to be learned without notice
We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with Avatax and they work well but again I think changes are very difficult to make.

In my opinion, it is not an easy system to use. In my experience, changes are constantly made to the software that do not help and leave you in a lurch.
