Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics GP
It is used within finance/accounting but there is an add-on product to allow access to all the departments. It is very good for the general ledger and accounts payable functions. It works well with the AMS.
- A/P module is very good, makes it easy to do ach payments
- G/L is good and allows for a robust chart of accounts structure
- System is sophisticated enough for large organizations but cost effective for smaller organizations
- I am not sure what improvements are needed, maybe in the area of a/p for further automation
- Increased employee efficiency
