Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Microsoft Intune + SCCM)
We use MS Intune and SCCM with our Azure cloud solution for all of our offices.
It is great tools to control and monitoring our security, servers and applications.
Manage mobile devices is highly important now days, so now we can manage our phones and tablets in modern way with modern approach.

Manage mobile devices is highly important now days, so now we can manage our phones and tablets in modern way with modern approach.
Pros
- We can add and assign mobile apps to user groups and devices
- Manage access on personal devices by restricting actions users can do or not
- Wipe or removing organization data from apps
Cons
- Reporting should be improved
- Better integration with AV software
- AI integration with alert notification about unusual user behavior
- It has mostly positive impact on our business, We improved our manageability and security
- The license cost is affordable and well suited for our company
- We expected to keep Intune at least next 3 years
- BMC Helix ITSM (Remedy), SolarWinds Access Rights Manager (ARM) and Cisco Meraki Insight
We tired other solution which less suite for our needs.
Currently we mostly use MS applications and services so, MS Intune ans SCCM close match our expectation and needs.
We require easy access and top reliability with support for all of our IT platforms.
Also our CIO keen of MS products and trying to remove all 3d party products.
