Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Entra ID
We use it for identity management, for software as a service, applications for all of our Microsoft 365 environment. Just to be able to manage access to all of the applications.
Pros
- It integrates with our on-premise active directory and we're able to manage it from multiple locations fairly. It supports pretty much everything that we need to support as far as being able to have access to.
Cons
- I think for the configuration for different pieces, it seems like everybody has their way of configuring identity management within Azure AD or enter id and it would be nice to be able to have a little bit more cookie cutter, quicker implementation.
- It's had a positive impact on being able to manage access or whenever there's an incident or incident response. It's also helped with access whenever we're cutting people's access off whenever needed. And it's kind of a one place to do, one checkbox to check instead of 20.
