Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Entra ID
Entra is the heart of all our user management being it for Citrix, Microsoft suite, cloud applications (SAML, SSO) or on-prem services. We also use Conditional Access-functionality to make the access more secure by using policies for risky users, risky sign-ins among others.

We have identities on-prem and in the cloud and sync them using AD Connect
Yes, we use Entra ID for multiple cloud-applications and inhouse-developed applications.
There is multiple and integration has been straight forward
For end-users the experience has significantly improved.
We've not compared it against other solutions as we've had Active Directory for a long time and were generally happy with it. Also we're deep in the Microsoft environment so it didn't make sense to look for something else.
