Microsoft for Nonprofit, volunteer management and engagement is proving to be a valuable asset for our organization, streamlining volunteer management processes and enhancing recruitment and retention efforts. The user-friendly interface simplifies task assignment, volunteer tracking, and communication. Real-time analytics and reporting also enable data-driven decision-making, optimizing our volunteer programs for greater impact.
- Integrates well with other MS products
- Starter portal and application decreases build time, and has a cost saving
- The platform is adaptable and we can tailor the features to our needs
- The volunteer application process out of the box is not sufficient for most organisations.
- We had to build a reference process to vet our volunteers, there was nothing out of the box.
- Onboarding tasks were focussed internally rather than externally.
We are able to standardise our volunteer experience, and that of volunteer managers.
We have single sign on, and also approved mailboxes. This has helped to improve user experience.
