Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power BI Embedded
We use power BI in our organization for reporting and data transformation. It has a very intuitive interface. It has easy integration with the Microsoft ecosystem. You can easily embed your Power BI reports and charts into any web-based app easily. You can also embed these reports and visuals into your email newsletters.
- It is very easy to connect multiple data sources for a single report. You can use CSV, Excel, database integration, etc.
- Power Bi supports Python as well, which makes it a lot easier for us as it is known by most of our team.
- Power BI takes a lot of time to import .xlb files compared to CSV files. CSV files usually are large in size compared to .xlb.
- DAX programming (power bi programming language) requires some learning curve.
- Making your shared dashboards in other apps very dynamic.
- Number of customization possibilities allowing us to provide best user experience.
- Option turning on Q and A.
- Real-time statistics for our customers.
- Easy integration allowing us quick deployment cycle.
- Mobile friendly reports, allowing customers to check stats right from their phone.
- Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports)
Microsoft Power BI Embedded is a lot more robust compared to Zoho Analytics. It offers more customization options in terms of color and fonts. You can use python in Power BI Embedded which is more commonly used language these days, which is still not possible with Zoho Analytics. The number of possible integrations with Power BI Embedded is more than Zoho Analytics.
