Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Powerpoint
We used Microsoft Powerpoint to develop a presentation for business awards which was very well received. The transitions were smooth and the special effects kept people engaged. Powerpoint is very easy to use yet very powerful for making advanced presentations and are easily presentable on a Windows or Mac based PC.

- Powerful for advanced users
- Very affordable, comes in any microsoft retail product
- Presenting via DVD format would be a nice option, even in 2021 where this is less common.
- As a standalone product, the price is expensive. Only makes sense in a bundle.
- Microsoft Powerpoint online contains a lot less features than its desktop counterpart.
- Easy to start a presentation, no building or compiling required.
- Significant amount of special effects and transitions.
- Price in a bundle is inexpensive.
- Increased efficiency due to ease of use and presenting.
- ROI was gained by providing presentations for clients in return for sponsorship.
- Reduced costs by purchasing as part of Office 365 bundle.
We did not review any other products as Microsoft PowerPoint was readily available and we already had experience. So it did not make sense to spend time or money looking at alternatives since we knew PowerPoint would get the job done and was appropriate for our presentation. There are probably suitable alternatives out there however.
