Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams Rooms

It allows us to communicate and collaborate with our staff and our customers. It seems to be the medium for IM, Online meetings that businesses now use. It's not as good as Cisco Webex - but it comes as part of the MS 365 Suite, so that's why businesses choose to use it.

  • It works well with MS Apps etc - which it should

Cisco Webex Experience Management (discontinued), Cisco Webex DX80 (discontinued), Cisco Webex Support (discontinued)
A company that has established user base using MS365 - no brainer to use Teams as it saves money.
If you want high quality video or you're doing town hall events, Cisco Webex performs much better in that space.
