Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams Rooms

Microsoft Teams Rooms has helped our business by allowing team members from multiple locations to connect remotely without leaving their respective clinics. This increases productivity and does not take them away from their jobs as much as if all meetings had to be in person and they had to commute.

  • Requires use of an app.
  • All parties must have the app to participate.
  • Screen sharing hasn't worked at times.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Keeps staff in their perspective locations.
  • Allows for spreading the message across the company without being in person.
Microsoft Teams Rooms has been very useful for our small business. As mentioned, it has allowed us to connect with our team more regularly, share important information, and keep productivity up by allowing our team to get on remotely and not have to commute to be together in person.
  • Cisco Webex Share (discontinued) and Datazoom
Microsoft Teams Rooms is very similar to WebEx and Zoom. Webex is no longer an option, and we use Microsoft Teams Rooms more frequently than Zoom simply due to its functionality and ease of use for our team. It is also more cost-effective than the other options, which is a very important aspect for small businesses like ours.

Microsoft Teams Rooms has been pretty effective for our business. It has allowed multiple members of our team to connect remotely and stay on the same page with any changes, etc. A few times, the screen sharing option didn't work great, but otherwise, the product has been beneficial.
