Overall Satisfaction with Mimecast Advanced Email Security

We have been using Mimecast Advanced Email Security for well over 5 years now and during that time we have not had single incident which has come via emails. Prior to implementing Mimecast we were using another product and we were finding spam and malicious emails were still able to get pass.The Mimecast Advanced Email Security is a rock solid product which does its job so well.

Pros

  • Link redirections with a tad of user training mixed in
  • Spam email engine does a great job of recognition
  • Sprinkle of user training mixed in
  • easy to use and configure

Cons

  • Better explanations of stationary items
  • Better explanations of email rejection status in message tracking
  • gui interface could use a update
  • it has taken care of itself in t
its been relatively easy to use but could do more with better explanations around setup
