Overall Satisfaction with Miradore
My agency uses Miradore for mobile device management of all of our company-owned iPhones and iPads, for control over software, settings, etc., and for location-tracking in the case of loss.
- App management/automatic updates/software-push/whitelisting & blacklisting
- Settings/configuration profiles for multiple groups of users
- WiFi password management/automatic push
- Device enrollment/interfacing with Apple Business Manager
- Just being picky (because not much is wrong), I'd love it if some views would auto-refresh rather than me having to click to do so manually
- Application management/deployment
- The ability to remotely push/wipe/reset
- Configuration profiles/standardization for multiple user groups
- Miradore has removed a great deal of "hands-on" time for me; instead of having to physically work on multiple devices, I can manage almost everything without touching an iPad or iPhone!
- I don't have to worry about what's installed on our devices (whitelist or blacklist), as everything we need is pushed remotely and everything we don't is disallowed.
This is the first time we've used an MDM. Our IT vendor researched and selected Miradore over several other options.
