Overall Satisfaction with Mixmax
Currently used by the sales department to monitor open and click rates of our emails. It also syncs to Salesforce as an activity so there is always a history to review.

Mixmax's extension always load and is always on. With Outreach, we'd have to sign into it every day. If we forgot to sign in, nothing is tracked.
