Overall Satisfaction with Momentum.io
We use Momentum in all the meetings that is conducted for a salesforce ticket. Momentum is invited automatically for the meetings when scheduled from salesforce case. No need to take down notes while on a call. Momentum will take care of it. Once the call is finished, Momentum will share a detailed summary of the whole call over the case feed.

- Gets invited automatically when call is scheduled from salesforce
- Takes notes and shares it on the case
- Notes are precise and correct
Cons
- Momentum wont take notes if the call is completed in less than 5 min
- No need to take notes while on call, momentum will take care of it
- No notes are taken if the call duration is less that 5 min
