Overall Satisfaction with Momentum.io

The admin time to take call notes, update salesforce, create decks, send emails etc. was dragging me down. With Momentum.io and our prompts, I have cut about half of my admin time and we have a path to cut likely another half, so 3/4 of my admin time to keep me selling!

Pros

  • AI transcript

Cons

  • Nothing today for the basics of what I need
  • I can manage more deals with the help of Momentum.io to focus on hitting my numbers and less on admin.
I can find the account quickly, grab transcript, grab snippets etc. The snippet feature isn't the best but works fine enough.
Chorus hasn't really been updated in a few years, it takes a long time for the search to take place and while it's fine, it never made me excited. Fathom had great OOTB summaries but the focus of prompts by Momentum.io and the auto push into salesforce makes this the best of them.

Momentum.io is focused on the best transcript and then placement into salesforce. From there, with our prompts we are quickly consolidating the admin tasks to build and manage content for sales process.
