Overall Satisfaction with Momentum.io

Momentum helps us solve the ease of (CRM) admin with a high velocity business and creates a higher level of quality data. This means we have a better day-to-day business and a comprehensive set of long-term analytics data, while spending less time on administrative tasks. As a team lead, this makes me feel like I can get aligned with all my reps async so much easier.

  • Call coaching.

Cons

  • Call coaching functionality.
  • Time savings.
  • Quality of data.
Overall, we use it mostly in "the background" due to its very good integrations with Salesforce & Slack. The web app itself is simpler and could get upgraded, but the value of that would be limited for our organisation, as I would prefer us not to need the app as much as possible!
