Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM

We use Monday for data capture and lead organization to support closing deals. Ideally, we would love to use it for CRM and automation, but we require training. It hasn't been easy getting hold of a Monday support member.

Cons

  • Easy training guides/videos.
  • Easy ways to automate.
  • Easy edit methods.
  • Lead visualisation.

It is well-suited for data capture and exporting, but I struggle with the automation aspect. When users subscribe to our mailing list, I would like Monday to tell me and be linked to our CRM system so that an email can be sent immediately to new users signing up.
