Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM

We utilize monday for our workflow, tracking various processes and collaborating with other departments. The system solves the issue that we used to have in regards to our inefficient workflow. It is now used company wide.

monday has been a tremendous upgrade from our previous workflow system which is why I gave it a rating of ten. I like how easy it is to customize if a change is needed. I also like that you can create specialized views on boards.
