Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM

Project management - Giving clients real-time views into current projects being worked on for them. Inventory and Product Mapping - Current inventory and where we have each product for each client. Catalogue Management - Current offerings. Client Success - Real-time view of products that we have in each location.

Cons

  • Bulk updating.
  • Ease of importing spreadsheets.
  • Asset management.
  • Great feedback from clients.
  • Has been a bit manual on duplication of items and updates.
  • 30% of our clients use regularly.
It's a pretty easy-to-figure-out system. The automations can be a bit counterintuitive, but once figured out, they provide significant efficiencies.
Way better on the client management side. HubSpot is better on the sales side, particularly in areas like invoicing and pipelines.

It's great for base-level functions, especially submission forms, tracking, and High-level needs. It could use some revamping in terms of granular needs. Being more flexible with automations, taking basic groups, and creating robust reporting and exporting. Exporting dashboards has been extremely clunky over the last 6 months.
