Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Monday.com is a great all-in-one platform for the salesperson not wanting to be locked into a year-long contract with unproven software. Plenty of pre-built templates to build from, an easy onboarding process, and pricing that's not customarily high for the industry. If Monday could build on top of their CRM in a way to add more information easier without having to subtask or click around numerous times, that would increase the market share, in my opinion.

Monday is great for the salesperson who doesn't want to be tied into a year-long contract. My experience using the platform, was ideal for most of my time using it. However, it is a jack of all trades software, so while it does a lot of things well, it doesn't do one thing better than anyone else. It will give you everything you need to get off the ground if you are a small business.
