Overall Satisfaction with Monetate

We use Monetate at my company to A/B test different experiences on our sites. Monetate allows us to back up our UX with data. Monetate proved most helpful while testing our checkout. We have multiple sites at my company, and we were able to use Monetate to flip the site tests on one by one.
  • Good project managers. They keep constant contact.
  • Good support. We have had great experience with their support team.
  • The way Monetate displays data makes it easy to read and understand.
  • More in depth help on formulating ideas to test.
This was the main reason we bought Monetate, and their A/B testing has proved to be super useful.
Monetate's targeting abilities seemed really awesome, but we really didn't find too much of a need for them in the A/B testing we were doing.
Majority fit tests were a super improvement for us! It allowed us to gain access to meaningful data more quickly.
The analytics were easy to read and understand.
Our integration didn't prove to be an issue for us.
It allows you to base UX off of data rather than just a gut feeling. They display the data in a way that is easy to read and understand.
