Overall Satisfaction with Motive
We use Motive to track our fleet of 65 trucks and it's one of the best systems I have utilized in this field! I love the coaching aspect and that drivers can communicate with me through the app. It's improved safety scores, productivity and morale! The only complaint is that it needs a boost in the wi-fi!! We purchase tablets for the trucks and many of our drivers are not tech savvy enough to maintain a hotspot from their phones. Their included wi-fi runs out very fast and then they cannot properly view their safety event videos. However, using the Motive ELDs helps us stay compliant and on track!

- I am often having to remind drivers how to sign in properly, remind them how to review events and how to accept edits.

Motive is used as the system to keep my company drivers within compliance with HOS. It also assists my company with tracking fuel and maintenance.
