Motive

We use this to have a GPS location for all of our assets in the field. As well as the AI on the camera for our drivers safety.

We have begun using Motive to address our needs for improved telematics and camera visibility for our organizations fleet and assist in improving driving habits and create policies to improve the safety of our employees, clients and the general public. We currently have 92 vehicles and 102 towable assets that we are tracking.

We use Motive to track our drivers and ensure their safety on the road. We keep track of their speed, safe driving, routes, and on-time deliveries if they go off-route at any time. If we need a driver, we can call someone closest to that area.

Our company, Adam Trucking, is using Motive daily, 24/7. We are always connected with them, and we have a lot of cases that we resolve daily. In my personal experience, Motive is a good app for trucking, but sometimes, there are some gaps in its response to us. I have many device issues, and sometimes, I need a quick response from the engineering team. Usually, it takes them one week to respond, which is not working for me. Also, some of the live agents are answering very quickly, and they want to close the case as fast as they can, and they don't even wait for me to answer them and close the chat. Overall, everything else is perfect. The app is easy to use, and my drivers like it.

We use Motive for vehicle tracking, ai dual dashcams, reporting, and maintenance. This helps us keep track of mileage/vehicle utilization reports, coach driver safety, and take a proactive approach on maintenance. It has helped us reduce our safety events and make our drivers safer drivers for themself and driver around them

We use Motive for ELD and have the footage needed post-accident. We do not use the Motive card, dispatch feature, or AI Motive cameras. Motive allows us to accurately track drivers, assess near-misses/coaches, and obtain critical evidence during an incident.

We need eLogs for some of our drivers and want cams in all company trucks for protection. Motive provides that, as well as additional safety monitoring and training, in an easy-to-use way.

We use Motive to track our fleet of 65 trucks and it's one of the best systems I have utilized in this field! I love the coaching aspect and that drivers can communicate with me through the app. It's improved safety scores, productivity and morale! The only complaint is that it needs a boost in the wi-fi!! We purchase tablets for the trucks and many of our drivers are not tech savvy enough to maintain a hotspot from their phones. Their included wi-fi runs out very fast and then they cannot properly view their safety event videos. However, using the Motive ELDs helps us stay compliant and on track!

My use of the Motive app is in the application of using the electronic log book instead of the paper log books that have been in use for decades. Using electronic logs dispenses with the tedious completion of the paper logs, which if making a mistakes is not easy to fix unless you tear out a page which is not a good idea and possibly illegal. The E Logs are much more beneficial in the monitoring of the vehicles location and driver operations.

We have been using Motive for couple of years. The way the system is set to get notifications and updates on how each driver and equipment is doing is wonderful. The customer service is amazing, as I have used both online chat and over the phone. Online chat is also very quick and easy. There asset tracking requires wiring which it would be nice if the solar system on it was much stronger for charging it. Cameras are amazing inside and outside they do a great job on quick catches and notifying. 100% i recommend it.

I use Motive for logistics purposes. The Fleet View allows my to track our trucks at all times, which in turn helps us run our business efficiently. Using the Motive ELDs helps us stay compliant with the US and CDN requirements of the transportation business.

We are a relative small company with a fleet size of about 8 trucks. Our main use of Motive is for fleet tracking and driver safety. Motive allows to monitor the vehicle's performance and react to issues very quickly. Real time tracking has been a game changer.

Is one of the best ELD that I found in the market, the API is so easy and comprehensive, what I like the most is that the safety department received all kind off alerts while the driver is in the road, that allow us to do a good tracking in some specific moments and also know in what kind of metrics the drivers are failing and prepare the training for them. Operation department is also using as a good tool of tracking and provide a API to share with the broker that you work with, giving a good tracking for them also and allow us, as a company, to have a good score with them. its a great tool to have in the company.

Use it in all our trucks great for keeping track of where everyone is and keeping in touch and helps with maintenance and diagnostic help without being right at the unit happy with the way its working so far customer service has been great with getting issues resolved quick that we have had

We use it every day to track our trucks. We are very satisfied with the ELD devices and with their support. With Motive we have more clearly visibility where are the drivers at all times, this is very helpful when we have to notify our customer regarding their ETA.

We switched to Motive when the state requirements were updated to necessitate digital log books for our big truck drivers. Unfortunately, none of our drivers are full time drivers and this leads to a lot of confusion and forgetting to update these digital logbooks. If the state would let us return to paper logs we would, and everyone here would be far less stressed when we do have to drive the big trucks.

Motive is used as the system to keep my company drivers within compliance with HOS. It also assists my company with tracking fuel and maintenance.

Motive additionally has numerous tools to assist with IFTA. It is an easy tool for drivers and management to use. Having visibility at your fingertips allows us to make effective decisions.

Motive (previously KeepTruckin) allows our dispatch to keep continuous eyes on our drivers. We are notified of their driving condition. The ease of use for mileage gathering and routes taken help our team use their time to focus on other areas of need.
