Overall Satisfaction with Motive

I currently use the ELD & Dashcam. I also just signed up for the Motive credit card for fuel.
  • The devices very rarely have an operating issue.
  • Their support is usually very responsive
  • Respond better to customer needs, it sometimes takes two or three phone calls and/or emails to address an issue (not troubleshooting)
  • When they say they will email you with information, in my experience, it very rarely happens. Have to call back and remind them.
  • Trying too hard to "sell" services. I feel it is obvious they are reading from a script, and I cannot get a word in edgewise. They are committed to reading the entire script.
  • Safety has improved with the use of the dashcam.
I believe they need better organization in the sales area. Trying to sell too much and not really listening.
Will advise after I use the fuel cards for a full quarter.
Drivers were using it prior to electronic logging being required, so we just stayed with them.

Currently waiting for more fuel cards. We have booked more jobs, so I sent in a second application a few weeks ago and still awaiting cards. Just not taking care of business.
