Overall Satisfaction with Motive
I use Motive to keep track of my semi trucks and drivers. My drivers use the EDL book that Motive has. I also from time to time use the Motive load board.
- GPS tracking. I know at all times where my semi truck is at.
- It is easy to use online. My drivers like that the EDL book can bee changed to Spanish.
- I would like that they hav more loads in their load board. They have some good ones from time to time but not always.
- I would like a more flexibility with fixing hours in case it is needed.
- Also I would like to be taken more into account as a client when I need to get another EDL. I was in the process of getting another. truck and when I called to get another EDL, I feel that since I was already a customer the customer service was not that great.
- It has helped me keep a good eye on my drivers.
- It is a little pricy though.
I mean I just used it for EDL it helps I guess
