Overall Satisfaction with Motive

We are a permitting company, we are a one stop shop for truckers. When they come to us for services one of the services we offer them in tracking and elog service. We do everything from getting their llc or inc, permits, tags, and fuel tax service. A big part of doing the fuel taxes is getting miles from the trucks. We use Motive and we are able pull miles with out depending on the customers to do anything. We currently have over 300 devices on our customers trucks. Having a dependable tracker and elog on the trucks keeps them legal and allows us to be able to get info from the trucks without having the customer do anything.

In my case the main problem I have is because all the contracts are on us trans carolina permits inc but the sales force calls the end user talks to them and they allow them to order additional devices and we are billed for those devices with out our approval. This is a huge problem for us.
