Overall Satisfaction with MyCase

Our partners use MyCase to help prospective planned givers arrange their estates towards a charitable gift or bequest. Most of these partners are estate planners or attorneys, and MyCase is a quick and easy tool to help clients work through various legacy giving options that best suit their needs and desires.

  • Automation not always the best

  • A little glitchy with multiple files open
  • Calendaring/conflict resolution
  • ease of use

  • Saves time that it might take to train on a larger enterprise system
  • Overall it has been too soon to measure other ROI

I'm not sure this would be a good option for a very large firm or one in which enterprise-level support is needed. If that was the case I would probably go with something that had more potential for customization and true integration across workflows. I do think this is a good option for a small shop that is looking for an easy entry point into this type of system.
