Overall Satisfaction with MYOB

MYOB is our accounting and payroll system.
  • Simple interface
  • Is a payroll intermediary

  • Buggy system
  • Poor customer service
  • Unable to cancel subscription without calling their cancellation team, which is hardly ever available
  • Absolute pain. Not worth the setup investment
Better platform, similar pricing, and much better customer communications and service.

Standard interface.
Poor customer service. Really easy to upgrade or register; however, an absolute pain if you have any issues or need to cancel.
Similarly priced with other products with similar functionality; however, the system is buggy, customer service and communications are poor, and business processes are often inconvenient and unintuitive (e.g., users can self-service their subscriptions as long as they are upgrading but if you want to downgrade or cancel, you have to call them, which is a long and painful process--I assume intentionally so). Also, their documentation states you can cancel your subscription under the My Products menu, which doesn't exist (according to their own support).
