Overall Satisfaction with Nagios
I'm an end user of Nagios and we use to check the performance of CPU RAM disk space of our business servers. It's very useful for that.

- History reports of the software
- Performance recommendations based of threads
- The free version is not cheap, the users have to know how to manage and maintain Nagios. SCONE has Microsoft license cost and requires know-how too.
Like other open source software, there are a lot of communities to share topic/issues and there is always a plan to solve the issues and add new features.
