Overall Satisfaction with NAKIVO Backup & Replication

It is used for backup of VMware free ESXi solutions for customers we support. It is easy for customers to use together with the Synology products. It solves the need for an easy, straightforward VMware and Hyper V backup-solution for SMBs with no or limited internal IT support.

Pros

  • Working well with free esxi vm-ware as backup solution.
  • Very fast backup together with Synology NAS
  • Very easy to administer and use in setup and when restoring

Cons

  • Work with Backblaze as cloud backup as well.
  • Documentation based on new VMware 6.5
  • Better price performance makes it easier to sell an updated backup system
  • Support is very fast and experienced
We have not found areas where we could not use Nakivo and customers like the simple and easy setup.
