Easy step by step guides for any product or feature tour
Overall Satisfaction with Navattic
Our marketing team uses Navattic to help with Product Tours or Feature Tours. It's like an easy quick guide vs having to share a support doc with a a customer or prospect. It shows how easy it is to do something vs having to read a heavy dev doc. Definitely gets more positive feedback from customers that are visual learners that need a quick "How To" video
Pros
- Personalized paths based on what you're looking for in the tour
- Checklists for self guided onboarding
- Easy to edit copy and customize modal sizes
- Easy to upload images
- AI Summarized/Assisted guides that save time
Cons
- Although I like the AI summarizations that highlight and add text in the proper steps, it still needs a human to review
- Some features are hidden within another click like the next/back button or the beacons/highlights. Popular features shouldn't require too many additional clicks to get to.
- Helped increase user adoption across our B2B products
- Improved GTM teams knowledge in our products/features - great enablement tool
- Good for conference demo booths
- Great for self onboarding checklists and steps
Userflow is nice because it's already within the platform and customers don't have to leave the current tool they're in. Example, if I'm logging into my back i can see a modal popup there and click through the guide. However, with Navattic it opens a new tab for me outside of my current instance. We still like Navattic because we can use them in a variety of places like embedding it on a web page, or in a Userflow feature update, or in a support doc.
