Overall Satisfaction with Navattic
I use Navattic in my organization to have demos of our features. These are often used in our Academy and ad-hoc calls with clients to help them have a safe place to be guided into creating feature adoption.
Not only that, the fact that the magnificent team at Navattic is always innovating within the tool, the demos can be extremely dynamic and appealing.

We are now using the newest launched feature "Launcher" to start helping our SE convert more deals.
Pros
- Eye to detail on the visuals used whether modals, tool tips, different type of steps.
- Voice over! Very good introduction
- Easy to use, a plug and play kind of deal which I love
Cons
- Allow a Demo to have a sound track of some sort that contemplates all steps.
- Allow a quick canvas creation, which sometimes is helpfull / needed with minimal editions (text or images).
- more pipeline-volume for the same cost base.
Navattic, despite offering various options, can be more user-friendly and easier to integrate than Pendo. Pendo is extremely complex and its feature-tiered pricing structure can be too expensive for what it offers.
