Overall Satisfaction

  • NetBase allowed me to monitor brands on social media like no other tool has done before. I was able to get rid of terms that did not apply to the brand I was looking at and narrow down my query.
  • The way in which NetBase presented the information/analysis was concise, clear, and easy to understand.
  • I was able to create several visual aids which I could use in presentations/reports. For example, wordels & graphs.
  • For some reason my access has been turned off, I need help getting it back on.
  • They send a lot of e-mails, some of which get annoying.
  • Better customer service - you can see how consumers feel about your brands.
  • Faster lead conversion.
Its expensive, but I think its worth it. It really helps you identify the social impact of your brand.
Netbase was really great. It helped me do what I needed. The visuals were amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to monitor social media. You get real live feedback about your brand, and get to see the negative/positive net impact. It lets you see how consumers feel, so you can hopefully change that if it is negative.

Usability

You have to play around with it at first, but once you get a hold of it, its not bad to use. Its actually fun.
