Overall Satisfaction with NetScaler

Load balancing and remote VPN access with Always on and MFA

Pros

  • Always on VPN with MFA
  • Load balancing

Cons

  • Security
  • Reporting on users connecting
  • Error reports
  • allowing users to work remotely with ease
  • Having MFA as part of the sign on process
  • allowing the connection to Entra ID to utilise the conditional access policies
Some of the documentation is difficult to understand however there are enough user written documentation that goes over how things should be setup and configured
easy to use and setup and reliable. Once the configuration was setup and running this has been really useful and easy to maintain.

The other solutions seemed overly complicated and difficult to configure and get up and running with the security that we required

It has been really good for setting up Always on VPN with MFA. However when looking at reporting this hasnt been as easy to decipher as it could be
