Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
NFG is being used in many departments. Accounting for the donation reporting, marketing for the events and fundraising, management for communication with staff, families, supporters, and donors. The problem that it has addressed is all our information, lists etc. are all in one place and easy to get to.
- Their customer service is incredibly quick to respond and help resolve anything you need.
- They are constantly giving you ideas and tips on how to raise more money and or engage your donors.
- They make it easy for you to see where your money is coming from and where it is allocated.
- In the donor's profiles, the only way to update changed information is at the bottom of the screen. Would be nice to have it on the top also.
- The text feature is only 160 spaces would like to see 200.
- There is no way to remove/deduct donations that have been used. Example; received a gift card as a donation and then used the gift card in a raffle basket. On the accounting side, we need to get that gift card off the books.

- It has made our communication with our staff 100% easier and less time consuming now that we have them all in one place with them all receiving the same information on the same platform.
- Now that the people we work with are in one place, and are grouped by category, communication with them is also much easier.
- Streamlining communications alone has saved us so much time and effort, I can't possibly put a dollar amount on the time saved in this area alone.
We chose NFG because of ease of use, the texting feature and the video features.
