Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
Network for Good has become an essential part of our fundraising. Its platform has streamlined many fundraising processes for our organization.
- NFG gives us current data on number of donors, new donors, inactive donors and other essential data.
- Templates are user friendly.
- Data is always available for Board of Directors review.
- Our CPA often uses the data for tax purposes.
- I am not an active user and I have not heard any complaints. However it would be helpful if we could sell tickets through NFG.
- The automatic response to donors when they donate. This saves time for our CFO.
- We are alerted when donations are made immediately.
- User friendly platform.
- It can get expensive, but when we look at the time investment and the effortless in keeping in touch with our donors - it evens out.
- NFG is limited in providing an avenue for ticket sales for events and other activities of fundraising.
We've used PayPal and the Square, but no other fundraising software.
