Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good

Network for Good was exactly what we needed. It combines several different services in one easy-to-use platform, including donation management and email marketing. In the past, we used several different programs to do everything that Network for Good includes. Having to remember multiple passwords, shift back and forth between platforms, and work within their separate limitations was frustrating. Network for Good has allowed us the opportunity to grow and develop our network of supporters without the hassle.

We had been using Benchmark for emails but had only utilized the free version and we're needing to begin paying the $35 a month for upgraded services. We had also been using Flipcause, but paying ~$1800 a year to accept online donations wasn't working for us. We needed more services to be provided if we were going to pay that kind of money. I also had a demo meeting with reps from Firespring but we have a website already, though we may explore their services in the future.

We do a monthly newsletter and I was able to explore templates for other organizations before building my own template. I can also easily include forms to collect email addresses, volunteer information, and more in my emails and on our website. It's been so easy to use and adapt and we've already gotten at least 30 new sign-ups to our listserv, even as we are still closed to the public (but working to reopen). I was able to build out donation campaigns (and there are options for fundraising in other ways) very quickly and get those campaigns linked to our website, shared on social media, and linked to our e-newsletters. We were able to start collecting donations to support our programming right away!

We are still learning and rebuilding our nonprofit using this platform, so this year is a trial run to see how we can increase our network and our donations. So long as we are able to see a significant return on investment in terms of donations received through the platform, we will renew for next year.
