Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good

Our organization uses the Network for Good donor database (Customer Relationship Management software - CRM). We have been using this platform since 2018. In the past I have worked for other non-profit organizations and I was a user of a variety of other products. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered Network for Good. The interface is clean and clear. The navigation is user-friendly. For a small non-profit, this is the perfect application. Donor information, notes, tasks, reports are all at my fingertips. I highly recommend this product.

  • A quick/shortcut to report Reactivated Donors for any fiscal year
  • Next to the Retention percentage on the Dashboard, display the actual number that makes up the percentage. The total number of retained donors
  • Create another filter/shortcut that can display the consecutive year donors
  • Create another filter/shortcut that can show the upgrades and downgrades of the current donors
  • Gift Processing/Gift Entry
  • Moves Management
  • Donor Notes
  • Filters and Reports
  • Lists for mailings/communications
  • Collection of donor information
  • Tasks and reminders to keep staff on track
  • Organization of information to help the fundraising run more smoothly
I have used Blackbaud Raiser's Edge. This is an excellent product, especially for larger non-profit organizations. It has all of the bells and whistle needed for a large Development/Advancement division. Network for Good is a much better product for the small to medium size organizations. The pricing works nicely with a smaller budget and yet it delivers on the fundamentals needed to run a fundraising department.

There are more robust and more expensive Donor Databases (CRM) but Network for Good is a solid, good priced, efficient product that I highly recommend for small or medium size non-profit organizations. Not only is the product effective and user-friendly, but the customer service is more impressive than larger companies in their sector.
